On behalf of our estimed customer, an international company based in Ticino, we are looking for the following profile, to be a member of a young and dynamic team: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Dutch Native) Job purpose: - To provide and support an accurate service to customers in terms of order management, shipments, communication with customers, issue of credit notes and returns
- To provide superior customer service to a designed group of Key Accounts liaising with all departments and sales force in order to ensure that all aspects of Key Accounts requirements are taken into consideration and fulfilled at best
- Person will be in charge of customer service activities for territories of responsibilities. He/she will provide assistance to accounts, giving information and advices both by phone and e-mail
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experiences: - Previous experience in the same position
- Education: High School Degree
- Dutch Mother Tongue; any other language will be considered as an asset (preferable French)
- Very good knowledge of English Language is a must
- Knowledge of Italian is highly preferred
- Good computer skills (knowing AS400 is an advantage)
- Able to communicate and co-operate within and across departments
- Experience in fashion company can be a plus
- Good organizational skills, flexibility and team working
