On behalf of our estimed customer, an international company based in Lugano, we are looking for a:

PRODUCT MANAGER (PHARMA OR MEDICAL FIELD)

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• coordinate all activities relative to the product between the market side and internal functions
• follow activities of relevant competitors and establish qualitative and quantitative market analysis.
• marketing planning in close cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Managers
• manage the existing product range in terms of product positioning, packaging, price positioning, communications and promotions
• participate to the price strategy in line with the market conditions
• implement all needed tools for sales support
• support field sales activities with trainings (both sales team and end user) and co-travels

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experiences:

• University Degree, ideally in Business & Economics
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in pharma or medical  international companies
• Fluent in English, any other European language will be considered as an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package
• Excellent communication and proactive attitude towards customers
• Team working
