On behalf of our customer based in Mendrisio Area, we are recruiting the following profile:
ADMINISTRATION & BACK-OFFICE ASSISTANT – FLUENT ENGLISH
Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing relationships and communications with suppliers
- Control and authorization of invoices and preparation of administrative documents
- Monthly cost control and authorization
- Cost analysis / revenue, monitoring and reporting sales data
- Management of orders and purchases of equipment
- Support in insurance and claims management, including documentary verification
- Storage management and travel arrangements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Tourist or commercial diploma
- Previous experience in the same role is preferential but not mandatory
- Very fluent knowledge of English – mandatory
- Good IT knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Flexible – in thinking style and in the ability to work within a dynamic working environment where priorities frequently change
- Teamworking, confidentiality and proactiveness complete the profile
