On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile:


ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / THE MALL FIRENZE


Duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for partnering with the Store Manager to successfully run all aspects of the business including front and back office tasks
- KPI Analysis
- CRM Management
- Training store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials; developing and implementing new product training
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Supervising merchandise orders planning, visual merchandising, stock control and complete reorganisation
- Responsible for controlling inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within budget
- Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
- Helping customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

- Qualified degree
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial role (luxury company is mandatory)
- Fluent in Italian
- Fluent in English
- Any other language will be considered a plus

- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- People management capability
- KPI Analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
