For our customer, an important multinational company, based in Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen), we are looking for the:


Duties and responsibilities

  • Control and monitoring of all controlling tasks for two production locations
  • Participation in the creation and responsibility for analyzing and commenting on monthly, quarterly and annual results for internal and external interest groups
  • Creation and analysis of selected KPIs and deriving appropriate recommendations for actions
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and multi-year plans as well as analysis of current target-/actual-comparisons
  • Responsibility for investment and make-or-buy decisions, as well as for the creation of appropriate business cases and the monitoring of the implementation
  • Responsibility for product cost calculation and identification of savings and potential optimization
  • Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements for groups, segments and local levels
  • Optimization and further development of the controlling instruments

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Several years of professional experience (5-7 years) in Controlling of an international production company within a group
  • Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and US-GAAP, knowledge of SOX advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of the common IT systems, especially MS Excel and SAP (FI, CO)
  • Business fluent English skills
