On behalf of our Customer (High Jewellery Sector) we are recruiting the following profile:
 
DIGITAL MARKETING / LUXURY BRAND / MENDRISIO
 
● Manage the Website, the reporting, SEO strategies and Google Analytics
● Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Google.
● Editorial Plan Management
● Plan, manage and optimize digital marketing activities to attract, convert and nurture leads and prospects using all social media and digital channels.
● Track, analyse and report on the performances of all digital marketing activities.
Nice to Have: previous experience in management relationships with main partners (retailers, influencers etc).
● Monitor all the steps of the digital funnel to increase efficiency and conversion.
● Monitor social media campaign performances to ensure plans are delivering against agreed KPIs and take corrective measures when necessary.
● Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of generating leads and measuring marketing activities.
● Community Management/Customer Care
 

Requirements
You'll need to have:
● 3+ years of experience in the same role, in Luxury Field or for Luxury customers
● Solid knowledge of all the Digital Marketing tools: SEO, SEA, G-Analytics, etc.
● Experience in Performance Marketing, Marketing Automation and Analysis.
● Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
● Leadership, Ownership and Organizational skills (with the multitasking capabilities)
● The ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
● An eye for details and the ability to work accurately
● Growth-driven and international mindset with real ambition to disrupt the market
● Excellent written & spoken skills in English and in Italian (other languages as a plus)
