For our estemeed client in Mendrisio area, we are recruiting the following profile:




The candidate will be a member of the Finance team and will report to the EMEA Finance Director.


Duties and Responsabilities:


  • Support the Finance Director in managing core financial processes & reporting
  • Reconciliation of US GAAP and Local GAAP Financial Statements on an annual basis
  • Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed
  • Support the annual external audit activities as required and manage the relationship with the auditor
  • Participate in the month-end process and perform full P&L reporting and analysis
  • Ensure reporting deadlines are met and data presented is accurate
  • Provide detailed analysis and operational KPIs
  • Provide support to business units leaders


The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges, and experience:


  • 5-8 years of work experience in Auditing, Business Finance, financial planning and analysis or corporate Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (studies in Business Administration, CPA, CMA or related field, are a plus)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CargoWise is a plus
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts and system and proven experience with journal entries, internal controls, as well as preparation participation in external audits
  • Complete the profile: strong analytical skills, independence, results-oriented individual and the ability to work in a multinational environment.
