Fashion - Luxury Corporate

For our esteemed Customer, a Multinational Company leader in the Fashion field, we are now looking for the following figure:


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and monitoring HR Strategy
  • Maintain a close relationship with the Management and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization
  • Actively support implementation of business initiatives and business needs with effective HR measures and promote positive employee relations in the work environment
  • Ensure that all relevant aspects of staffing, employee development aligned with EMEA Market and delivered timely and in accordance with relevant labor and commercial legislation
  • Constantly looking for innovation and improvements in ways of working, system set ups and administration flows
  • Manage personnel planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas
  • Implement organizational structure, set objectives, and manage workloads and results to achieve goals while adopting best practices and achieving continuous process improvement
  • Ensure high employee engagement through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of personnel in the team
  • Supervise and ensure that the monthly payroll processes in the different EMEA countries are properly executed


  • Degree in HR, business administration, business management or equivalent
  • At least 8/10 years of experience in an international or retail organization
  • Management experience
  • Knowledge of labour law and regulations
  • Fluent in English (oral and written), any other language will be considered a plus
  • High IT tools (Work, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Sense of responsability
  • Punctuality and precision
  • Able to word under pressure
