On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Top Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile:

EMEA MARKETING MANAGER / LUXURY FIELD / MILAN

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the EMEA marketing budget, ensures proper resources allocation per business unit
  • Ensures the perfect execution of all the in-store marketing activities and monitors results
  • Follows the guidelines defined by the HQ Communication and CRM Functions, in the spirit of ensuring the total coherence of the Company image
  • Gathers customer and competitor insights and share them to all relevant parties in the company
  • Proposes new marketing initiatives, works with the HQ marketing at developing relevant contents
  • Establish strong partnership with all key stakeholders: country managers, store managers, HQ marketing Function
  • Develops an in-store animations activities yearly plan: store openings, renovations, trunk shows, VIP events, etc…
  • Participates to the creation of contents related to in store animations by working closely with the HQ communication team
  • Ensures perfect implementation in all channels of distribution: high street, airports, dept stores, franchisees, multi-brand
  • Measures and publishes results, shares best practices
  • Participates to the elaboration of the yearly EMEA CRM strategy and planning
  • Participates to the creation and development of CRM activations for priority customer populations across Europe, ensures perfect implementation, measures results
  • Initiates, develops and manages a personalized clienteling approach for top clients
  • Understands Loro Piana CRM systems, ensure CRM proficiency at store level
  • Organizes local customer recruitment campaigns, understanding local needs and opportunities
  • Controls and manages CRM and store events budgets
  • Manages the relationship with marketing departments of key retail partners: dept stores, airport operators, high street associations…
  • Studies competitors CRM and activities, publishes recurrent marketing intelligence reports
  • Gathers CRM and merchandising data as well as in store feed-back and elaborates customers insights: top stores, top nationalities, customer path, etc …

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • 8/10  years of experience in the same role / managerial level - luxury field
  • Fluent in English language (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills, extroverted personality
  • Excellent project management skills including multi-tasking prioritization and organization
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to think out of the box and to think laterally
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
  • Previous experience in the Retail industry is highly desirable
  • Willing to travel
  • Place of work: Milan
