LUXURY JEWELLERY JUNIOR SALES MANAGER / LUGANO

For our esteemed customer, a fine jewelry luxury brand based in Lugano, we are looking for a Business Development figure who will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company

Responsibilities & Activities

  • Open a define number of new accounts (multi-brand retailers & department stores) in order to reach financial targets in the assigned area
  • Support, guide, train and motivate all retailers to reach sales goals
  • Plan and deliver all trade marketing activities per account in the assigned area in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Department
  • Build, develop and maintain new relationships to grow business and help company expand
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients, take orders and draw up development plans
  • Liaise with the Visual Merchandising and Sales Departments to ensure the visual expression in each POS
  • Proactive identification of new business opportunities and proposing innovations, initiatives and partnership
  • Provide relevant feedback from the market helping to improve set business goals and influence the product strategy

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics or similar subjects
  • 2 to maximum 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally in fine jewelry industry or High Luxury Industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, recognized sales and strategic skills
  • Fluent English, Italian or any other language is a plus
  • Availability to business travels all over Europe (around 50% of time)
  • Availability to work office based in Lugano
