On behalf of our esteemed client, a Multinational Fashion Company, we are recruiting the following profile, to join their Branch in Zurich:

RETAIL GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / GERMAN NATIVE / ZURICH

Main responsibilities and activities:

  • Responsible for the whole administrative tasks and financial reporting of the group
  • Responsible for the reporting such as budgeting, cash flow forecasting
  • Be the contact person for the WHS customers for the administrative part (debt, budget, controlling, ecc)
  • Create the quarterly and annual financial statement (including RTL stores and WHS activities)
  • Responsible for the bookkeeping entries in SAP, paying bills and keep tracking the flow of the incoming/outgoing money
  • Check figures, posting documents for correct entry with the proper codes
  • Fill out the periodical VAT/Tax forms for the company and work with the CPA to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data
  • Responsible for the monthly salary process, for the reconciliation of the expenditure nots and for the stock control
  • Manage the control system, the bank acc. reconciliation and the cash flow posting
  • Collaborate for the preparation of the annual, quarterly and monthly financial statements of the branches and associate companies

Requirements:

  • Qualified studies, ideally in Controlling and/or Accounting
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as Retail Controller, gained in a Fashion Company
  • NATIVE GERMAN or BILINGUAL is mandatory. Fluent English.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
  • Analytical approach, team worker, logical thinker
