On behalf of our Customer based in Ticino, we are recruiting the following profile:

 

SALES MANAGER – BABY AND CHILDREN’S PRODUCTS / LUGANO

 

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers and services in Europe Area
  • Understand the needs of the existing or potential customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Direction
  • Managing existing customers and maintaining relations active
  • KPI analysis, Reports of sales and Planning

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

 

  • At Least 4-5 years of previous experience as Sales Manager / Key Account Manager in Baby and Children’s Products Field is MANDATORY
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a Plus
  • Energy, willingness to succeed, excellent communicative skills
  • Proven business development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written
