On behalf of an important client of ours, Fashion Brand, we are searching for the following profile:

 

SALES MANAGER / FASHION BRAND / TICINO

 

Duties & Responsabilities

  • Coordinate the commercial strategy and ensure execution at Country / Channel level
  • Coordinate consistency between the channels through a continuous monitoring of the different merchandising
  • Provide specific product/pricing feedback to the business unit
  • Overview that all the different needs coming from different Regions are met inside the Brand Plan (this is including product strategy, SKU plan & grids by product category, price range, deliveries and distribution channels)
  • Supervise the competitors offer in term of products, price positioning, trade marketing etc etc
  • Supervise that wholesale distribution will meet the qualitative criteria defined by our Selective Distribution policy
  • Supervise that shipments in term of timing and quality will meet customer requirements
  • Train and coach our local sales force on product/selling techniques
  • Plan and implement Trade Marketing in order to support commercial development
  • Manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures
  • Supervise that pricing strategy will respect perceived value of the product
  • Analyse sales reports regularly with the aim to capture the best practices and to identify the not-performing arguments
  • Understand what motivates customers and what could cause them to choose the brand over competitors’ brands (constant benchmarking on specific Regions)

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a sales environment, preferably in the fashion industry and accessory business
  • Good knowledge of the global market and of its dynamics
  • Demonstrated experience with both wholesale and retail channels
  • Strong data and excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and be well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on company’s success
  • High results orientation and bias toward actions
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, ability to work independently and to coordinate projects and people.
  • Interested to work in an international environment and to network with worldwide business units
  • Ability to travel internationally when required
  • MS Office package (Excel knowledge is mandatory).
  • Proficient in English, any other European language is considered a plus
