For our customer, a well known multinational company, we are looking for a highly motivated:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE / SPAIN
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers and services
- Responsible for building out and implement a clear sales strategy for the spanish market
- Maintaining and developing effective customer relationships in the spanish territory
- Scout new clients, find opportunities and convert them into sales
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
- Understand needs of the existing or potential customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- KPI analysis, Reports of sales and Planning
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Min 2-3 years of experience in sales of home accessories, giftware and decorative products
- Excellent knowledge of the spanish territory and good network in the home accessories field
- Spanish native speaker and resident, fluent English
- Energy, willingness to succeed, strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytic and structured personality with a methodical and collaborative thinking approach and a «can-do» mentality
