For our esteemed Customer, we’re now recruiting the following profile:

 

SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Due Diligence activity
  • AML, KYC, Regulatory, Tax Compliance
  • Direct report to the Board of Directors
  • Submit Compliance matters and minimize Risk, with prevention actions and strategies
  • Onboarding of new clients, overrides and periodic reviews follow-up
  • Supervise the onboarding, transaction monitoring and account documentation
  • Follow-up regulatory changes in the compliance fields
  • Market benchmarking
  • Administrative management tasks 

 

Skills&Experience:

 

  • At least 10 years of experience in Fiduciary field in Compliance Management roles
  • Swiss Citizenship or Residence Permit
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactivity and good propension to entrepreneurship
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • English fluent
