On behalf of our important Customer, Fashion Brand, we are recruiting the following profile:
SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT / FASHION BRAND / LAUSANNE
Duties and responsibilities:
- Guarantee operative functioning of the store
- Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Opening/closure of the store
- Stock Management
- Cashier operations
- Ensure the correct management of the merchandise
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Qualified Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of Sales Associate/Client Advisor in fashion
- Experience in RTW, both in Womanswear and Manswear
- Fluent ENGLISH and FRENCH is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
- Good IT skills
- Customer oriented
- Multi – tasking abilities
