SERVICE MANAGER - IT OPERATION MANAGER/ ITIL / LUGANO
Main responsibilities and activities:
- Management of group of Operators (24 x 5 + holiday shifts)
- Review and management of monitoring alarm notifications
- Review of internal work processes
- Improvement of critical points, with a focus on automation
- Preparation of analysis reports
- Education from a technical or scientific university.
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar processes
- Italian mother tongue
- Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
- Experience in IT operations.
