On behalf of our esteemed client, a Company leader in digital services, we are recruiting the following profile

SERVICE MANAGER - IT OPERATION MANAGER/ ITIL / LUGANO

Main responsibilities and activities:

  • Management of group of Operators (24 x 5 + holiday shifts)
  • Review and management of monitoring alarm notifications
  • Review of internal work processes
  • Improvement of critical points, with a focus on automation
  • Preparation of analysis reports

Skills&Requirements:

  • Education from a technical or scientific university.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar processes
  • Italian mother tongue
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
  • Experience in IT operations.
