On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company in the Fashion field, we are recruiting the following profile:

SHOWROOM & KEY ACCOUNT COORDINATOR / DE+FR+EN / ZÜRICH

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Responsible for answering phones, e-mails, scheduling appointments, and preparing event materials
  • Responsible for ensuring proper event execution, coordinating with outside vendors, managing any additional onsite staff, connecting with guests, set up, and clean up
  • Showroom coordinator should establish, build, and maintain relationships with potential and current clients, as well as customers who may be interested in future events
  • Selecting new products and reviewing the old
  • Finding the right suppliers
  • Negotiating prices
  • Ensuring the products are delivered on time
  • Helping to interpret reports and predicting future sales
  • Stock control
  • Budgeting
  • Reacting to any changes in customer demand

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Qualified degree
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the same role
  • German native, fluent in french and english. Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Good IT skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, time management skills, attention to details, and the ability to react in high pressure or crisis situations
  • Excellent standing
  • Able to work under pressure
