On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Top Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile, to lead and manage their boutique in Capri:


 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high performing team
  • Recruitment and Training of new employees
  • Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
  • Improve Client loyalty
  • Excellent Clientelling
  • Responsable for all the business in the boutique
  • KPI analysis, Reports of sales and Planning
  • Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and Asset and Profit Protection strategies are followed in order to minimize any losses
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows
  • Stock planning
  • Buying activity
  • Be a Brand Ambassador


The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Qualified degree
  • at least 5 years of experience as Store Manager in Luxury/Retail field
  • Italian native
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Analitical skills: with experience in KPI, capable to provide sales analyses and reports
  • Good IT knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Excellent standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic
  • Able to manage a multicultural environment
  • Willing to travel
