On behalf of our esteemed Customer in the financial field, we are recruiting the following profile:

SUPPORT OFFICER / ZURICH

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Clients on boarding
  • Coordination of compliance campaigns
  • Performing controls about data quality in reports
  • Support the Relationship Managers in administrative tasks
  • Keep record of the office and marketing material
  • Execute stock transfers, cash withdrawals and other operational tasks
  • External support to clients for technical, operational and other back office requests
  • Preparing in the system and coordinate the adaptation of email communications to clients
  • Support the events organizations

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Commercial education preferably in a banking environment or similar
  • Preferable an experience in an administrative or operational role in a demanding environment
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English / French. Italian or Russian would be a plus
  • Able to learn from compliance regulations to technical aspects of platform
  • Disciplined, structured and detailed oriented
  • Team player with a client focused attitude
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership
  • Able to adapt in a fast changing environment, willing to constantly keep your knowledge up- to-date and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
