For our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Premium field, we’re now looking for the following candidate:

WHOLESALE AREA MANAGER / FRANCE AREA / MILAN BASED

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profit in its category
  • Develop trade policies in order to increase the business opportunities in the markets: France, Benelux and Belgium
  • Plan and manage the budget and sales forecast
  • Manage the sales campaign
  • Arrange customers schedule for the Sales campaign in link with showroom
  • Deal with customer complain
  • Manage relationship with the sales agents and potential commercial distributors / partners
  • Manage the relationship with key accounts and the support / promotional activities in the stores
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate competitive products and make appropriate suggestions
  • Search new channels for the products distribution
  • Training on the product
  • Provide feedback and advice to customer service, operations, accounting in the spirit of continuous improvement toward customer satisfaction and achieving the company invoice goals

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Qualified Degree
  • 5 years of experience in the same role
  • French native
  • Fluent in English and in Italian
  • Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Strong Network in France
  • Analytical skills: with experience in KPI, capable to provide sales analyses and reports
  • Good IT knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customers attitude
  • High flexibility
  • Team-player mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Luxury product knowledge
