On behalf of our esteemed customer, we are looking for the following profile:




Job purpose:

  • To provide and support an accurate customer service in terms of order management, shipments and communication with international customers, all the showrooms in the world and all the internal division
  • Daily interaction with customers processing their inquiries and request related to Company products
  • Check of stock availability and logistics supervision
  • Regular review of customer blocked in the selection, review potential risks of cancellations
  • To support the Sales Back Office Team (order processing, reorders and deliveries)
  • Make sure any claims/returns are timely approved
  • Ensure optimal relationship with customer by proactively communicating with key contact to ensure issues are resolved


The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Education: At least High School Diploma
  • At least 5-7 years in a similar role
  • Fluent/Native GERMAN (at least C1)
  • Fluent/Native ENGLISH (at least C1)
  • Good computer skills in Ms Office (Excel in particular)
  • Able to communicate and co-operate within and across departments
  • Sales Customer oriented, a flexible communicator capable to work under pressure
  • High motivated person, with excellent communication skills and a great sense of commerciality
  • Organized and methodical person
  • Ability to work in a Team
