On behalf of our esteemed Customer in the financial field, we are recruiting the following profile:


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and/or assist in the planning, executing and reporting of internal audit mandates
  • Lead and/or assist joint audits with the IT audit team and co-sourced audits with external partners
  • Assistance in the preparation and development of the risk-based audit plan as well as quality and improvement program.
  • Lead and/or assist change projects within the internal audit department (digitalization, etc.).
  • Work on ad-hoc assignments and projects

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • University degree in economics or equivalent. Successfully completed Swiss CPA, CIA or equivalent would be a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in internal and/or external audit in the financial industry
  • Strong knowledge and application of Swiss banking regulations. Knowledge in European regulations would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. Verbal and written communication skills in German would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and team work skills as well as ability to quickly adjust to changes
  • Availability to travel up to 20% within Switzerland and abroad
  • Experience in data analytical tools or software would be a plus
  • Swiss Domicile: mandatory
