On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Top Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile:
SENIOR MADE TO MEASURE SPECIALIST / LUXURY COMPANY / MILAN
Duties and responsibilities:
- Leading by example
- Coordinating with different department to develop the made-to-measure business of the brand
- Analysing the market and trends, building & maintaining relationship with clients
- Inspiring customers about the products and delivering high level of service
- Responsible for visual merchandising for the department
- Team coaching & training about made-to-measure and tailoring
- Coordinating with the retail sales team to maximise the sales results, organising VIP events
- Business reporting and monitoring the day-to-day operation of the department.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Qualified degree
- 8-10 years of experience in the same role
- Fluent in English
- Any other language will be considered a plus
- Strong knowledge and extensive experience in menswear made-to-measure/tailoring.
- Proven experience in luxury retail.
- Having an eye on details.
- Analitical skills: with experience in KPI, capable to provide sales analyses and reports
- Good IT knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result
- Excellent commercial awareness and customers attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
- Team-player mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
