On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Fashion field, we are recruiting the following profile:

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Create and publish reporting to analyze results and opportunities
  • Research, define, publish and maintain Policy and Procedure for Retail Division
  • Plan and coordinate pre-opening efforts for new store openings, relocations, remodels, and store closures
  • Manage and direct special projects to enhance top line sales, store productivity and bottom line profitability
  • Research, analyze, and publish monthly, quarterly and semi-annual Bonus and Incentive results
  • Research, analyze, and publish monthly Sales and Payroll Goals
  • Monitor and challenge expense management
  • Manage, maintain and publish re-occurring reports to support business needs
  • Define all operational and technical policies including best practices and store operating guidelines for the Retail Division
  • Define and publish Bonus and Incentive Programs for the Retail Division
  • Partner with Regional Director, District Manager and Area Visual Manager to coordinate new pre-opening activities prior to grand opening
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure all operations store opening initiatives are achieved
  • Update and resolve all new store opening/remodel open issues and preparation details
  • Oversee, direct, and approve all supply requisitions and purchase orders for non-product needs to facilitate new store opening
  • Ensure all new stores and remodels are operational prior to opening
  • Ensure stores are opened consistent with the brand image
  • Manage, define and train initiatives for technology enhancements
  • Participate in Strategic Business Planning activities for Retail Division
  • Manage and direct integration efforts related to Retail Operations to improve company synergy
  • Assesses operational needs required for optimal performance for the Retail Division
  • Oversee, direct and approve supply procurement for Retail Division
  • Research, define, and implement Cost Savings Solutions to improve overall expense control
  • Create and launch field incentives and contests to improve employee retention, morale, add enhance top line sales.
  • Organize, plan, and facilitate Retail Division Meetings to improve employee retention, morale and skill set

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience: 

  • 10 year’s experience in the role
  • Personal computer and analytical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
  • Good communication skills in English and Italian (both written and spoken) are crucial. Any other European language will be an asset
  • Capacity to manage stressful situations and determination to achieve results.
  • Operational, flexible and problem solving skills
  • Open minded towards different cultures and countries
  • Availability to travel
