On behalf of our estemeed customer, International Fashion Company, we are looking for the following profile, to join their offices in Ticino:
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT / LUGANO
Duties and responsibilities:
- Help manage accounts payables and accounts receivables, general ledger accounting as well as month end closing adjustments
- Preparing payments and bank reconciliations
- Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing accurately and timely the Reporting Package, the year-end close, the Cash Flow forecast and all other financial information requested by the Corporate Finance Team, according to the Group procedure.
- Support the VAT reporting and intercompany recharge processes as necessary
- Assist the billing and issuing invoices
- The Accountant will contribute to the efficient and effective working of the accounting department by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to details
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- 2/3 years proved experience in Account Departments of multinational and structured Companies in Ticino (mandatory)
- Degree in Economics/Finance/ or Swiss Diploma in Accountancy
- Italian Mother tongue, fluent in English spoken and written
- Analytic and communicative skills
- Precise, autonomous, responsible and reliable
- Excellent ability to use Windows Office, able to use different accounting software
