For our prestigious client, an international private investment company focused on the luxury and well-being sector, we are looking for a:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for Budgeting & Reporting, supervising accounting activities, preparing financial reports and coordinating the company brands business plan.

Duties and Responsabilities:

  • Oversee the business & financial operations
  • Supervise accounting activities
  • Cash Flow Forecast for projects
  • Commentary monthly results vs Budget
  • Formalize the communication process and set a guidance across the organization throughout the month end close, budget / forecast monitoring cycle
  • Analyze projects feasibility & profitability
  • Establish standardized business processes focused on reporting towards management
  • Develop an end-to-end budget process
  • Review financial information and key financial ratios
  • Conduct cause analyses and propose possible correction measures
  • Support the management team with analyses and decision proposals on strategic development projects
  • The candidate will be involved in many duties such as monitoring company financial statements and reports to verify their accuracy and finding ways to limit or reduce costs.
  • He/she will also review reports to analyze brand’s activities, business plans and trends as well as help the management to make important financial decisions that will affect the company’s budget and finances

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • At least 7+ years’ experience in Finance, Budgeting, Business Controlling & Reporting, preferably for premium/luxury brands or FMCG; E-commerce & consultancy exposure would be a plus;
  • Strong experience in Financial statements, business plans and reports;
  • Mastery of Excel, skill set, business models, and profitability analysis;
  • Deep knowledge of brand’s analysis and related activities, analytical tools;
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Ability to self-motivate with efficient time-management and prioritization skills and to meet deadlines and ability to work well under pressure and across all levels of seniority;
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach;
  • Outstanding communication ability and excellent organizational and leaderships skills;
  • Availability to travel.
