For our exclusive and innovative client based in Ticino, we are looking for a:


The candidate will report to the Senior Global Marketing Director and will be central in the repositioning of the brand image, establishing the brand strategy and developing the related marketing plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the product and commercial teams, in order to translate trends, sales analysis and consumer insights into consumer relevant strategies and specific brand plans to fuel the growth year on year
  • Work in close synergy with creative & content team to architecture impactfull campaigns and brand image initiatives at Global level
  • Define priorities and build ad hoc activity grids coordinating with all key stake holders in the organization and covering the 360 consumer experience needs (offline, online, instore)
  • Drive a culture of Marketing excellence across the organization
  • Lead the marketing activities for the yearly initiatives: developing launch plans, product presentations, support strategies and ad hoc activities for key markets
  • Initiates the media briefs to hand over to the media teams
  • Defines the brand ambassadors’ objectives to hand over to the brand content and media teams
  • Defines, together with Organization key stake holders, the strategy around pro team sponsorship to handover to the brand content and media teams
  • Identify “hot” areas of consumer and market opportunities to further explore and lead ad hoc research projects. Contribute to current research studies completion
  • Identify opportunities for brand collaborations or drops fitting a specific brand vision and bring them to life orchestrating the initiative across the key functions
  • Lead specific sell in/ sell out analysis to gather learnings and identify winning practices
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and launches to build solid market expertise
  • Translate relevant trends, marketing & consumer insights into inspiring action plans and / or growth strategies
  • Support transversal growth initiatives bringing cycling market knowledge, consumer understanding and strong innovation capabilities
  • Continuously develop expertise including collaborating with technical/innovation/expert teams

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • At least 7+ years’ experience of strategic marketing within the sports industry, cycling industry is a big plus
  • Proven experience in product innovation and creative campaigns development
  • Mastery in data analysis
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Compete the profile: ability to work in a fast-changing environment and feels comfortable working under pressure and in a complex organization
