For our exclusive and innovative client based in Lugano, we are looking for a:
JR GRAPHIC DESIGNER / LUXURY / LUGANO
The ideal candidate will take care of the graphic deliverables and contents creation, reporting function of an extremely dynamic and fast paced business. She/he will be self-motivated, creative, passionate, problem-solver and proactive, with a strong design skills and luxury brand sensibility.
Duties and Responsabilities:
- Develop and deliver the creative assets on time across all digital and off-line platforms (social media, website, Magazines, …) according to the requirements and strategy set by the team.
- Develop and deliver the graphic for sales & marketing documents: catalog, training manual, video training (…).
- Work with marketing, sales and design team to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Periodically plan new concepts and submitting in-progress images that reflect the brand and lifestyle and drive engagement and sales.
- Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
- Prepare, name and file all images in the company drive.
The ideal Candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a graphic and content creator, mandatory gained in luxury environments
- Strong knowledge of design software and technologies (mainly Adobe Creative Suite-InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop & other).
- Fluency in English
- Passion for photography, with a strong eye for visual composition is definitely a plus
- Knowledge of sizes, formats and printing support materials.
- Ability to self-motivate with efficient time-management and prioritization skills and to meet deadlines and ability to work well under pressure and across all levels of seniority.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
