On behalf of our esteemed customer, we are looking for the following profile:

LEGAL ADVISOR / LUGANO

Job purpose:

• Develop standars, draft, policies, regulations and procedures, including introduction of new ones;
• Analyse the effectiveness of the documentation, perform research and provide reccomendations to ensure continuous improvement by anticipating potential policies or procedures changes and integrating labor law developments and best practices;
• Provide accurate and timely employement and labour law expert advice to colleagues and other stakeholders;
• Provide legal support in the management og labour law legal cases and manage effective working relationships with external lawyers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of previous experience gained either at company in-house function or at legal firm
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
