On behalf of our esteemed Customer, we are recruiting the following profile:

LEGAL SPECIALIST / LUGANO

Duties and responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft various types of contracts for all departments and business groups in particular real estate, HR, Intellectual Property, logistic, marketing and distribution
• Legal support and research in all matters covering all relevant areas of laws
• Day-to-day counseling and support on all legal and relevant topics to the management and colleagues
• Reviewing and revising legal documents
• Active implementation and support in various compliance matters
• Mediation of internal and external disputes as well as coordination of inquiries or potential litigation with external experts and attorneys
• Regularly reviewing internal policies with respect to regulatory and legal changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor and master’s degree in law
• 4-5 years of previous experience as legal
• Good experience in Italian law and contract drafting ideally gained in a retail company
• Excellent command of English and Italian
• Ability quickly analyze complex legal matters
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
