For our exclusive and innovative client based in Ticino, we are looking for a:


The candidate will report to the Media Strategy Manager & Coordinator and will be central in the re-positioning of the brand expression and its image.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building an articulated and solid strategy of PR, paid media (print and digital) and Brand ambassadors for the brand at global level, based on equity key challenges and opportunity within current market
  • Building a presence activity grid within the press, selecting key media partners and establishing a yearly plan with these to amplify the brand awareness
  • Scouting, select and activate a group of dedicated brand ambassadors to contribute to a step change in the brand image
  • Synergizing and coordinating with the content & social media teams, to drive brand visibility, consideration and sell-through within the overall marketing activity calendar
  • Coordinate with the current ambassador’s community on a daily / regular basis to align on key equipment needs and future activities plan
  • Manage relations with the press on a regular basis, presenting key launches, agreeing on key activities as product tests and features
  • Lead and implement paid press plans with key media partners, including negotiation of costs
  • Lead the executional  of all PR Campaigns (planning, implementation and results analysis) for brand & key launches
  • Coordinate with Marketing & product teams concerning new product launch PR activity
  • Coordinate with Content & Social Media Teams, especially concerning social media grid execution and activation amplification with ambassadors
  • Manage all product orders linked to the PR and ambassadors activities
  • Track and analyses the performance of PR Campaigns and ambassador’s activities with specific KPI of numbers of articles & features, reach, engagement and social community growth
  • Manage the overall PR. & brand ambassador’s budget.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience leading ambassadors’ strategy and execution for global brands
  • Previous experience in the Sport industry is mandatory: cycling industry is a big plus
  • Important experience of social media execution principles and analytics
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Strong follow-through from planning to execution
  • Complete the profile: ability to work under pressure, entrepreneurial spirit, strong follow-through from planning to execution and agility to find solutions that bring business forward & owners’ mindset.
