On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Luxury Brand, We are recruiting the following profile:

SALES ADVISOR/LUXURY BRAND/ ST. MORITZ

Duties and Responsabilities:

  • Guarantee operative functioning of the store
  • Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
  • Be an ambassador of the brand
  • Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor
  • Ensure a good work environment
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Control of checkout and bank transfers
  • Stock activities
  • Ensure the correct management of the merchandise

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in retail luxury RTW
  • Fluent English is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Multi – tasking abilities
