Four our esteemed Client, a renowned and historical Company in the field of outsourced Payroll and HR Admin, with Swiss-DNA and Lugano based, we are now looking for:

Senior Payroll and HR Admin 80% – Diploma Federale di Specialista in Risorse Umane

Duties and responsibilities

  • Providing effective service, HR payroll & administration, to all Clients (international and industrial companies, Ticino based)
  • Administration of all issues linked to employment of new resources
  • Payroll and Data Management for ca. 200 employees
  • Handling of all Social Security aspects
  • Family allowances
  • Personal entries/exits
  • Contract handling and follow-up
  • Contact person for external Clients, as well as for external partners insurances and authorities
  • Ensuring legal obligations are met

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience within the Personnel Administration & Payroll for at least 4 years, ideally in a Fiduciaria environment or in a multy-company organization
  • The Federal Diploma of Specialista in Risorse Umane is mandatory to apply
  • Fluent in English w/s
  • Any other national Language will be considered more than an asset
  • Swiss nationality or B/C permit available
  • Reliability and Confidentiality
