On behalf of our esteemed Customer, we are recruiting the following profile:


Duties and Responsabilities

  • In line with the BU’s strategy, build and implement a targeted prospecting strategy primarily in Switzerland and across the following 3 Strategic Business Areas (SBA): Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Diagnostic Laboratories, and Medical Device Manufacturers
  • Identify leads, analyze customer needs, obtain Request For Quotations (RFQ), collaborate with technical teams to create relevant proposals for customers and the plant, and convert them into orders
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and defend contractual conditions
  • Ensure the smooth progress of projects
  • Maintain customer portfolio follow-up and ensure customer relationships
  • Create and update activity reporting
  • Rally internal teams around customer needs
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence to be more relevant

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience

  • Higher education, such as business school or engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales
  • Knowledge in plastics processing, ideally in plastic injection
  • Complex B2B sales in industry with long sales cycles
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industries (Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, Medical Devices). Ideally, they already have a network of contacts in these industries in Switzerland.
  • Ability to prospect and use social selling techniques
  • Ability to unite and mobilize a team on a project
  • Ability to work in three languages: Italian, English, and French
  • Travel is expected throughout Switzerland and occasionally to neighboring countries (Italy, Germany, France)
