On behalf of our esteemed Customer we are looking for a :
PMO E-COMMERCE / TECH / MENDRISIO
Duties and responsibilities:
– Provide leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals;
– Work closely with product owners, developers (junior and senior), and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment;
– Manage and optimize the flow of product value using various tools, such as Jira (Scrum and Kanban);
– Organize, manage, and facilitate the Scrum process and ceremonies, as well as filling the gap between stakeholders and the product team.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
– 3+ years’ experience in project management, working on complex technical projects with multiple vendors involved;
– Experience managing Scrum teams, UX designers, business analysts, frontend/backend developers, DevOps, and testers;
– Experience in projects where Agile methodologies were integrated into Project Management frameworks;
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment (Italian and English are the most used languages in the office and with customers).
