On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Top luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join the team of the new Boutique in Milan:
Watches&FineJewellery ADVISOR/TOP LUXURY BRAND/NEW OPENING MILAN
- The Client Advisor is expected to show entrepreneurship in order to maximise sales, with the agreement and support of the Boutique Management.
- Taking initiatives and combining a strategic and spontaneous approach will be key for building a strong and personalised client relationship.
- Mapping out, networking and reviving dormant accounts are the core of the business development.
- Propose an action plan to attract identified VIPs to visit the boutique.
- Offering an ultimate customer ‘concierge’ service at all times, as well as nurturing the relationships with the clientele are critical to delivery.
- Having total knowledge of the wider Watch & Fine Jewellery market.
- A global point of view and an open mind who can relate to various cultures
- Established network, mainly local, and trusted advisor of high-net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of client treatment
- A contributor to both local and global communities with an ability to acquire clients in an emotionally intelligent and sophisticated manner
- Very strong and thoughtful personal relations skills with clients as well as team members
- Curiosity for culture, the arts and current affairs.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Relevant work experience in jewellery sector
- Aligned with the Brand identity, detail oriented, with strong training, communication, leadership and relational skills
- Passion and high motivation for the luxury environment
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus
