FINANCE & HR ADMINISTRATION – ZÜRICH / CH
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for all accounting operations;
- Preparation of VAT return;
- Annual financial statements;
- Expense reports;
- Analysis and reporting; Internal re-invoicing;
- Payroll accounting, Drafting of employment contracts, Issuance of employment references;
- Sickness and accident reports;
- Payroll reports to various insurance companies.
Requirements:
- Commercial training with professional experience in the financial sector;
- Further education in accounting or bookkeeping (considered a plus);
- Accounting knowledge in financial and payroll accounting;
- Ability to work in a team;
- A working style marked by independence and reliability;
- Good knowledge of Abacus and MS Office;
- At least two fluent languages among Italian, English, and German.
