On behalf of one of our esteemed client companies operating in the fashion sector, we are looking for a qualified professional for the role of:

FINANCE & HR ADMINISTRATION – ZÜRICH / CH

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for all accounting operations;
  • Preparation of VAT return;
  • Annual financial statements;
  • Expense reports;
  • Analysis and reporting; Internal re-invoicing;
  • Payroll accounting, Drafting of employment contracts, Issuance of employment references;
  • Sickness and accident reports;
  • Payroll reports to various insurance companies.

Requirements:

  • Commercial training with professional experience in the financial sector;
  • Further education in accounting or bookkeeping (considered a plus);
  • Accounting knowledge in financial and payroll accounting;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • A working style marked by independence and reliability;
  • Good knowledge of Abacus and MS Office;
  • At least two fluent languages among Italian, English, and German.
