Onbehalf of our Esteemed client, a Fashion Brand, we are recruiting the following profile:

RETAIL MANAGER (Italian Speaker) / FASHION BRAND/ DUBAI

The person will be involved in an onboarding of about 2 months in Ticino, then He/She will be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of around 10 stores in Dubai,
• Supporting the Management in the Brand strategy according to the business objectives to ensure the best performance in terms of KPIs and image of the Brand(s) and to achieve the turnover targets.
• Monitoring and supporting the execution of both marketing and retail marketing activities
• Training of shop sales staff through interventions and work plans agreed with the partner, according to priorities established
• Training on service and sales techniques according to KPI focus
• Preparation of product training with available tools and ad hoc training
• Preparation of seasonal work plans, defining target KPIs, sharing them with the partner, implementing them and monitoring results
• Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in similar role is required
• Italian and English Fluent (mandatory)
• Ability to implement and conduct analysis and reporting to support the business;
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in heterogeneous and complex contexts;
