Your Key Responsibilities:

Direct Recruiting Execution: Drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and skilled roles;partner with hiring managers to deliver timely hires.

Talent Strategy: Develop and execute a local TA strategy that balances immediate hiringneeds with long-term workforce planning.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3 Junior Recruiters

Educational & Community Partnerships: Build relationships with local schools, tradeprograms, and community partners to position the company as an employer of choice.

Workforce Planning: Use data and trends to forecast hiring needs, proactively addressinggaps with targeted recruiting solutions. Define and track recruitment KPIs to measure the success of recruiters and the overall recruitment process.

Your Profile:

An experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with at least 7-8 years of experience, ideally gainedin pharma industry.
Proven success in high-volume recruiting and standardizing processes that enhance both employee and candidate engagement.
A strong leader with experience managing, developing, and engaging teams.
Deep experience with data, KPIs and people management.
Highly accountable with a “can do” attitude.
Fluency in German and English

The role will be based in Zug.
