Responsibilities:
Developing and updating the Health & Safety Plan (PSS)
Collaborating with technical teams to ensure safety is integrated into site operations
Leading risk assessments, safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations
Ensuring documentation compliance from all subcontractors
Promoting a strong safety culture across multilingual teams
Monitoring critical construction phases and verifying the correct use of PPE
Managing emergency plans, drills, and communications with external authorities
Reporting HS performance and supporting external audits and client meetings
Aligning the company’s practices with international standards (e.g., ISO, HS KPIs)
Requirements:
Solid experience in construction and site HS management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to deliver effective training across all levels
Knowledge in areas such as fire prevention, hazardous materials, process safety, risk analysis, and incident management
Fluent in English and French
Track record of delivering results on time and with high professionalism
