HS MANAGER – GENEVA / CH

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and updating the Health & Safety Plan (PSS)

  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure safety is integrated into site operations

  • Leading risk assessments, safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations

  • Ensuring documentation compliance from all subcontractors

  • Promoting a strong safety culture across multilingual teams

  • Monitoring critical construction phases and verifying the correct use of PPE

  • Managing emergency plans, drills, and communications with external authorities

  • Reporting HS performance and supporting external audits and client meetings

  • Aligning the company’s practices with international standards (e.g., ISO, HS KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in construction and site HS management

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proven ability to deliver effective training across all levels

  • Knowledge in areas such as fire prevention, hazardous materials, process safety, risk analysis, and incident management

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Track record of delivering results on time and with high professionalism
