CUSTOMER SERVICE – Italian & English
Responsibilities:
- Answering questions about a company’s products
- Managing and processing orders and transactions
- Resolving issues
- Providing proactive customer outreach
- Handling customer complaints
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Responding to customer reviews
- Invoicing
- Forecast Involvement
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service activities;
- Fluent Italian and English is required;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude;
- Good SAP & IT skills;
- Customer oriented;
- Multi – tasking abilities.
