CUSTOMER SERVICE – Italian & English

Responsibilities:

• Answering questions about a company’s products
• Managing and processing orders and transactions
• Resolving issues
• Providing proactive customer outreach
• Handling customer complaints
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
• Responding to customer reviews
• Invoicing
• Forecast Involvement

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service activities;
• Fluent Italian and English is required;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude;
• Good SAP & IT skills;
• Customer oriented;
• Multi – tasking abilities.
