On behalf of our important client, we are looking for the following figure:

SENIOR PAYROLL & HR ADMIN COORDINATOR

The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, coordination and coaching to the payroll/time & attendance/benefits and WFA Country Specialists ensuring services are delivered according to global standards and meet specific local requirements.

Responsibility:

  • Report to Regional HR Services Lead on specific initiatives and challenges for each process area.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR Services Lead on the definition of HR Services budget, future staffing requirements and other needs.
  • Set performance targets for Payroll/Time & Attendance/Benefits and WFA Country Specialists in line with overall team goals and individual development plan.
  • Collaborate with Continous Improvement Lead and contribute to assume ownership / accountability over relationship between HR Services and external partners
  • Measure and monitor services performance by identifying opportunities for improvement concerning timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy, and controls.
  • Act as an escalation point for payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits and WFA issues.
  • Assess, approve, and submit improvements actions related to process and system/tools.
  • Identify optimization and automation areas at local level for each process included on HR Services scope.
  • Support Regional HR Services Lead on the design and / or implementation of policies, processes, and systems / tools.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR Services Lead on the development of new solutions and on the implementation of action plans.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance requirements are met across the different countries.
  • Ensure Payroll/T&A/Benefits Specialists are provided with the required knowledge, have access to required information / documentation, and contribute to knowledge management activities.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration/Human resources or related field
  • At least 5-10 years relevant work experience on payroll, both in Italy and Switzerland
  • Experience in a Shared Services center environment will be consider a plus
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail complete the profile.
