On behalf of an estemeed customer, we are recruiting the following profile:
RETAIL TRAINING MANAGER/ FASHION BRAND/ TICINO
Duties and responsibilities:
- Analyse store’s training needs and develpe training customized solutions
- planning, design & create of new training content and materials aligned with company needs and goals
- Manage the retail training budget
- Manage and implement of the EU retail training programs (focus on Customer service, product knowledge, brand awarness, increase sales, team coaching and development)
- Ensure training for all new retail hires, in all areas of store operations and client experience through dedicate
- Monitor training programs in order to measure the efficacy throug analyisis methods;
- Work with the Training team and all EU product lines, businesses and departments at corporate, as well as local HR, Retail and leadership teams in all EU countries;
- Contribute to cross HR/Training processes, including the performance assessment process, Employer Branding projects, exit interviews, etc.; Teamwork spirit with all HR functions;
- Coordinate the Retail Training team.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- 5-8 years’ experience in similar roles in retail companies, preferably with previous in store training experienceAvailability to travel and visit our retail stores
- English fluent, a second lenguage is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in HR, Training & Development or Communication, Social Sciences, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of digital and social media
- Strongly creative and innovative, high out-of-box thinking; proactivity and outgoing attitude
- Open-minded towards a multicultural environment
- Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
